Hannah Rihani

Hannah Rihani is our certified physician assistant specializing in aesthetics and injectables. She graduated from Western University of Health Sciences and immediately found her calling as a Medspa PA. She has excelled in many treatment modalities and, with her experience, can create an individualized treatment plan for each patient based on their skin concerns. Consults are advised as Hannah is able to explain medical grade skin care, radio frequency, lasers, and injectables all formulated based on your skin concerns. She is certified in all InMode and Candela machines, including Morpheus8 micro-needling and radio-frequency, Nordlys Intense Pulse Light, Fraxel skin resurfacing, and Pico-way tattoo removal, Gentle Pro Max laser hair removal, VBeam for active acne and vessel reduction, and Co2 scar and facial remodeling. In addition to performing facial balancing injectables including botox, Disport, and fillers. She enjoys building a rapport with all her patients and making them feel comfortable in their own skin. Sabrina Shaya

Sabrina Shaya, a dedicated registered nurse, is a specialist in various skin treatments and injectables. Her journey into the world of aesthetics began with a burning passion for helping people look and feel their best. Sabrina's commitment to her field is evident in her extensive training and dedication to staying at the forefront of skin and beauty treatments. In 2021, Sabrina earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from West Coast University, marking the start of her professional journey. With a thirst for knowledge and a desire to make a significant impact on her clients' lives, she wasted no time and immersed herself in the world of aesthetics. Sabrina's impressive list of skills and qualifications includes expertise in microneedling, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy, Morpheus, laser hair removal, tattoo removal, CO2 laser treatments, injectables, Evolve, CoolSculpting, Clear and Brilliant, and PDO threads. Her diverse skill set allows her to address a wide range of cosmetic concerns and provide tailored solutions to her clients. Eliza Arakelian

Eliza Arakelian is our certified Registered Nurse. She received her ADN at Glendale Community College and BSN, PHN from University or Phoenix. She is our part-time employee who currently specializes in both Aesthetic Medicine at West Empire Medspa and Acute Cardiac Care at Providence Hospital. Eliza believes in focusing on the whole person when caring for her patients. She is passionate about providing the highest quality of care, while remaining mindful of her patients’ individual preferences and needs. In both work settings, Eliza is known for creating a treatment plan that provides the patient with the best possible outcomes, while ensuring the patient’s safety. She is knowledgeable and certified in many treatment modalities, including Inmode (Morpheus), Candela (Nordlys Intense Pulse Light, Fraxel skin resurfacing, Pico-way tattoo removal, Gentle Pro Max laser hair removal, VBeam for active acne/vessel reduction, and Co2 scar/facial remodeling, Intima), and Skinpen (micro-needling w/ or w/o PRP). Eliza also is trained and certified in all forms of injectable’s, including Botox, Dysport, PRP, Exosomes, Sculptra, QWO, Juvederm and Restylane Fillers. Mort Rizvi

Dr. Mort Rizvi is one of the leading plastic and cosmetic surgeons in the Greater Los Angeles area, but he is also known as one of Southern California’s most versatile surgeons of any type. Dr. Rizvi is board-certified both in plastic surgery and hand surgery. He is also a widely respected craniofacial, reconstructive, and cosmetic surgeon with an in-depth background in microsurgery. His training began in medical school at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, where he had also completed his undergraduate work. After that, Dr. Rizvi completed his general surgery residency in 2003 at the University of Maryland Medical Center. He then went to Houston Methodist Hospital, where he finished his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery in 2006. Later, Dr. Rizvi completed a fellowship in hand and microsurgery at Los Angeles County + USC Medical Center (also referred to as CountyUSC). He completed his craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgery fellowship training at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles in 2010. Since then, he has built a reputation for helping patients from all walks of life change their lives for the better through all types of procedures.

Victoria Shevlot

Victoria Shevlot holds 9+ years of progressive management experience with staff ranging from 5-35. Victoria has served at the Manager level position in 5 medical companies and is highly attentive to the needs of the practice and its patients. Victoria marvelously operates with the highest level of ethics, integrity and confidentiality. At West Empire, Victoria is highly knowledgeable about the surgical procedures that we offer. When going through your surgical journey, Victoria will be alongside your experience during the pre-op and post-op stages.
