Excellent Customer Service

I went into the store today on Imperial not the best area. I just want information because I’ve never had a title loan. Once I walked in the black girl greeted me and was SO knowledgeable. She answered every question and broke the interest and payments down here I could understand clearly. She gave me direct eye contact and she extremely pleasant. Come to find out she was the manager she then introduced her assistant who was just as pleasant. I told them I would be back possibly tomorrow and they both said fine. Best part they didn’t make me feel pressured or ashamed.
