  • Jo Razon

    GENERAL MANAGER

Jo is a welcome addition to our management staff and brings with her a wealth of experience. Originally from the Philippines, Jo grew up in the East Coast, and had a very successful career with Pfizer Pharmaceutical as a Territory Sales Manager. She also owned & managed a successful medical facility. She retired in 2006 and moved back home to the Philippines. She returned to the US in 2012 to be close to her daughter who was living in LA. Jo felt restless being “retired” and felt the itch to get back into the workforce, so she took a job with LA Fitness and moved up quickly in the company as a General Manager/Corporate Wellness Director. When asked what drew her to Club Pilates? Jo explained “I saw the great health benefits not only to women my age (50’s), but I also saw the benefits it gave to patients in rehab and folks that may have had ailments or injuries that affected their mobility, flexibility, and/ or strength. Pilates was for every one! What better way to age gracefully than to do it with Club Pilates and to be surrounded by a great community of wonderful people.

    Education:

  • Brittany Andres

    INSTRUCTOR

Brittany grew up in a tiny town in Washington state. Most of her life, she believed she was a sedentary person that hated exercise. Then she discovered Pilates and everything changed. Not only did Pilates change the way her body looked, but also the relationship she had with it. No longer did she see pudge; she saw a strong core able to perform even the most challenging teaser variations! Brittany decided to become a teacher to help inspire others to embrace Pilates because it truly is a practice for every body. Her favorite classes to teach are the Flow classes with a strong emphasis on form.

  • Bisi Mustafa

    INSTRUCTOR

Bisi loves being active and loves being upside down! It probably sounds strange, but as she explained, years ago she discovered pole aerobics and aerial hoop which she loved! How does this tie with her love for Pilates? Pilates has improved her strength and flexibility which resulted in her being able to gracefully execute inverted (upside down) pole and hoop moves. In addition to doing Pilates, Bisi loves teaching it. Why, you ask? She explained, “What better way to improve my practice than to receive verbal and non-verbal feedback from students?” We are happy to welcome Bisi to Club Pilates DTLA!
