  Rumaldo Flores

  Executive Director

  Rumaldo, a.k.a. “El Jefe” is our boss and resident landscaping mastermind. He has been working with plants and landscaping since he was a child in Durango, Mexico. After moving to the states he worked to create his own landscaping business where he could help people create spaces that made them truly feel at peace in today’s fast paced world.

  Miriam Flores

  Deputy Executive Director

  Miriam is the "Yin" to Rumaldo's "Yang" and oversees the behind-the-scenes parts of the business such as finance and legal. Our very own genius of management, there is no situation too tangled for Miriam to get the reigns on. Step aside, Lady Gaga, you've got nothing on Miriam's poker face.

  Operations Executive

  How do you get something done? You give it to a busy man - and Eric is that man. In charge of landscaping operations, Eric is in touch with all of our customers throughout their projects to oversee and ensure scheduling, demolition, construction, and completion goes off without a hitch.

  Fabian Flores

  Chief Business Development Officer

  Fabian is our very own jack-of-all-trades and breaker-of-new-ground when it comes to all corporate goals. Does he do HR or Legal? Finance or Establishment? The answer is yes. If you are trying to solve a problem, this is the man to see.

  Mariana Sly-Macias

  Administrative Executive

  Mariana is our executive in charge of all things office related such as HR, Finance, and Sales. Don't let her sweet demeanor fool you, however, she's a fireball that will stop at nothing to get the job done.

  Office Dog

  We all know who really runs things around here. Perry, our office Pomsky (Pomeranian-Husky) makes sure nothing falls behind. He is paid in belly-rubs and treats and is on a strict no-chocolate diet.

  Tattoo-toting. Motorcycle-riding. Cody will arrive to your project with a flair that extends to his designs and beyond. Known for taking any plane-jane yard and making it sparkle, expect the unexpected from Flores Artscape's bad-boy.

  Landscaping Consultant

  Arturo, a.k.a. "The really artistic one" puts the kind of attention into his designs that one might expect from a guy who is also a fashion designer. Known for his creative use of decomposed granite and succulents, he'll turn your landscape into a drought-tolerant masterpiece.

  Landscaping Maintanence Consultant

  Baron has two jobs here at Flores, Maintenance consultant and director. So once your project is done and you're getting your gardener, or if you're just hiring us for maintenance for existing landscaping, Baron is your man all the way.
